AB 832 Operational Forms Now Available!

The Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) now has updated operational forms available to help members comply with Assembly Bill 832, the recently enacted COVID-19 Eviction Moratorium Extension law.

AB 832 has extended California's COVID-19 eviction moratorium through September 30, 2021.

AAOC members should download and begin using the following forms and the AB 832 Compliance Guide immediately:

• 1505.11 - AB 832 Required Notice to Tenants - Serve this notice by July 31, 2021 to tenants who have not paid one or more rental payments that came due between March 1, 2020 and September 30, 2021
• 1515.11 - Notice to Pay Rent or Surrender Possession - For rent owed during "Transition Period" between September 1, 2020 and September 30, 2021
• 1525.11 - Notice to Perform or Surrender Possession - For financial obligations, other than base rent, owed during "Transition Period' between September 1, 2020 and September 30, 2021
• AB 832 - COVID-19 Tenant Relief Act Extension and Rental Housing Recovery Act Compliance Guide - Information to assist rental-housing providers comply with AB 828.
