The Apartment Association of Orange County represents more than 2,000 rental-property owners and management company members who own, operate, and/or develop residential rental property in Orange and Riverside Counties, as well as businesses that provide products and services to rental-housing providers and their rental communities.

AAOC offers four types of memberships:

Owner

Benefits include:

  • Resident screening services (Nationwide credit, eviction, & criminal background checks w/compliance documentation)

Annual Dues:
 $190 base dues + $3.05 per unit + $0.49 per unit NAA dues + $35 one-time new member initiation fee.

Membership dues are non-refundable and may be tax-deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Consult your tax advisor.
