Stop Rent Control

Imagine being so bad at something that the Los Angeles Times ripped you apart for what you do.

Then imagine that the LA Times follows up calling your past - "troubled"

Imagine that the article is so bad that you felt it necessary to take out two full page ads in the paper in an attempt to clear your name.

Imagine using those ads to attempt to paint the LA Times and an entire industry as anti-semetic .

Imagine THAT being your argument after losing a multimillion dollar contract with the state of California because of how bad you are at delivering what you promised.

Imagine doing all of that and having the audacity to think you have any standing to regulate that industry.

That is EXACTLY what Michael Weinstein and the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) are attempting to do to YOU and the Multifamily industry, and this year he calls it -

"The Justice for Renters Act"

Justice... justice for renters would be investing that $60 million plus into your dilapidated housing Mr. Weinstein. Insteadhe chose to attack the multifamily industry repeatedly over the years -

In 2018 he spend $24 million on Prop 10 and his first attempt to regulate the multifamily Industry

  • Prop 10 failed with 60% of Californians saying no to his scheme

In 2020 he came back with $40m to fund Prop 21, his second grab at your business

  • Prop 21 failed with 59% of Californians rejecting his ploys

He's had 3 years to rebuild his campaign warchest, and he is back again.

  • In 2024 will you step up and send Michael Weinstein back for a 3rd time?
