Santa Ana Sanitation Service Rate Increase
The city of Santa Ana has sent out a notice to property owners about a public hearing to discuss the increase in their Sanitation Fees. That Public Hearing will be:

Santa Ana CA 92701
The rates are currently $5.35 per user per month.
The proposal is to increase these rates to -
FY 2024 - 2025

| 2025-2026 | $12.13 | 3.5% / 127% |
| 2026-2027 | $12.56 | 3.5% / 135% |
| 2027-2028 | $13.00 | 3.5% / 143% |
| 2028-2029 | $13.45 | 3.5% / 151% |
This of course comes at a time where the city is limiting rent increases to a maximum of 3% (or 80% of CPI whichever is lesser)
