Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellations & Refunds
Should an event, meeting, or education program be canceled, refunds will be honored upon request of paid registrant, exhibitor, or sponsor of that event, meeting, or education program. Other options for the disposition of those payments may be offered at the discretion of the Apartment Association of Orange County, on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued in the form in which payment was originally received. Requests for refunds using an alternative method will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


Event Registration Cancellations & Refunds

  • In-person events, meetings, and education programs - No refunds will be issued for registration cancellations received less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the event.
  • Online events, meetings, and education programs - No refunds will be issued for registration cancellations. Sessions are recorded and available for post-event, on-demand viewing.


Event Sponsorship Cancellations/Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued for event, meeting, and education program sponsorships that have not been canceled. All sponsorship sales are final.
