Often people forget to register to vote when the move. In the hustle and bustle of the process it is one item that falls through the cracks. However forgeting to register when you move leaves your vote in jeopardy.
- You may not receive your ballot
- You may not receive the CORRECT ballot
- You may not receive your ballot ON TIME
- Your vote may not count
- Your ballot could be challenged
We want to make sure that YOUR vote IS COUNTED. We want to make sure YOUR vote IS SECURE. We want to make sure YOUR voice IS HEARD.
We encourage residents to REGISTER TO VOTE when they move - and check to make sure their registration is up to date.
We also encourage housing providers to encourage their residents to vote, and we have provided materials to help you do so -
