Dear AAOC Members,
In an effort to help control the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health of our members and staff, the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) will be making changes that will temporarily affect its daily operations and its upcoming calendar of events.
Effective immediately, the AAOC office will be closed until further notice. Our staff will be working remotely and all member services will be provided exclusively by phone, email, and web. This includes all resident screening services and operational assistance. Online business hours will remain 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. , Monday through Friday. We will be closed for lunch daily from 12 to 1 p.m. The phone number remains 714.245.9500.
Additionally, all association meetings, seminars, workshops, and other events are now cancelled or postponed through at least mid-April. However, we are currently working to get our 11-week Certified Rental Housing Provider (CRHP) Education Course ready to present via webinar. The first class is still scheduled for April 1st and online registration remains open. Updates will be provided as information becomes available.
