The Apartment Association of Orange County has prided itself on a strong and effective legislative advocacy program since its present day inception in 1991. Members are provided with full-time representation both in Sacramento and at home in Orange County and are ensured that their interests will be served and their concerns and opinions made known to our elected officials, their staffs, and the government agencies that regulate the rental-housing industry.
Our Members have an opportunity to play a role in our legislative affairs program as well. Involvement with the AAOC Legislative Council provides an ideal way for politically active and/or concerned members to help establish association policy and positions on key legislative issues that can impact our industry.
If you would like to get more involved in the AAOC's legislative efforts please click here and print out the Legislative Contact Form. Once you fill out the form you can either fax or mail it to the AAOC. If you have any questions please contact Ray Grangoff, Director of Public Affairs, at 714-638-5550.
