Protecting Your Interests

Every day, legislators and other elected officials make decisions that impact the bottom line of those involved in the rental-housing industry.  That's why the AAOC is a prominent voice in Orange County and California, representing the interests of apartment owners, managers and suppliers at every level.  The AAOC works closely with city, county and state elected officials to ensure our members are protected; and, through the AAOC's membership in the National Apartment Association, Orange County rental property owners are also represented at the federal level.

We invite all of our members to take an active role in helping to formulate positions, shape policy and determine strategic action by joining the AAOC Legislative Council and donating to our Political Action Committees (PACs).
